The human cupcake2nd May 2013
This week I took my love of cakes to the next level...
Much fun was had at Leigh Francis' birthday party. Although fancy dress parties with no alcohol are a bit like going out without your pants on. Scary and a bit embarrassing but in the end hilarious.
The KitchenAid has also seen some action this week as I got to work on my Nan's 91st birthday party. I hand rolled icing roses with intervals of feeding Rex. Baking a cake takes a lot longer these days...
I balanced out the calorific icing laden cake with some healthy-ish butternut squash and raspberry slices. No butter or wheat to be seen here!
Im so happy the sun is kind of out. Walks in the park are so god for the soul.
Its also a nice reminder that the summer of music is soon to begin here in the UK. The return of Glastonbury is something I’m already looking forward too – and Festifeel - which I am curating again this year. I’m part of the amazing Coppafeel team and have had fun working with Kris who runs the charity to create a gorgeous line up!
Check out the line up and get your tickets quick here - and come join us for the best day of boobs and tunes!
