MJ tribute and tasty cake
13th October 2011Last weekend I mainly had ringing in my ears. I spent 95% of the time whilst I was awake in huge venues with screaming happy people. On the Saturday it was Cardiff for the Michael Jackson forever tribute concert.
Here is my first view of the HUGE glove shaped stage in the stadium.
Every act put all they had in to their performance with the pressure of singing a MJ song and having half of the Jackson family present to watch their every move!
I presented the show with Jamie Foxx. What a legend!
Here is one of my most nerdy moments. I was secretly filming the rehearsals as I was so excited, yet trying not to look too geeky. As I was panning round for a 360 degree view I pushed my camera right in Mr Foxx's face. Whoops! #redface!
Sunday it was straight to Wembley for the teen awards, Never have I heard such loud screaming, Whenever the words ONE and DIRECTION where carefully places together a wave of sounds would swell to an ear drum exploding pitch!
This week I have been baking up a storm too. Mint choc courgette cakes were dutifully baked for my radio team this week. When working with Holly the following day i was met with jealous intrigued eyes. So today I have baked some for her too!
YUM
If you’re starting your Christmas shopping ALREADY (like my mad mum) then head to boots.com to see my new make-up range. I especially cannot get enough of the NEW moisturiser and shower gel set as the smell is divine!!
